The session beer craze (ABV under 5%) essentially started with the huge
success of Founders All Day IPA in 2013.  Today that single beer accounts
for 27% of the brewery's sales so it's no wonder other breweries followed.

We admit to liking Stilton cheese with it's crumbly and creamy traits.  There are only
six dairies in the world - all in England - that are licensed to make blue Stilton. We
usually pair it with a barley wine to balance the power of the cheese.

Costco contract brews beers under the Kirkland brand label.  We've tried a few and
all are okay with our favorite being their Signature Pale Ale.  Good for the price.
