chill and thereby save space in your refrigerator.... for more beer!
Our friend Pavel from the Czech Republic used to say " a fine beer may be judged
with only one sip but it's better to be thoroughly sure."

Our favorite beer style to drink when eating a giant soft salted pretzel - bock.
