Why sign up for the club dues full payment plan? Enjoy the many benefits available to club members on the full-payment plan. A one time fee of only $50 covers all meetings, plus discounts for DB15 special events. This year members received benefits that totaled well over the dues amount. Substantial discounts were provided for the TAP NY beer fest trip, the Newark Bears baseball outing, the NJ Brewers Festival, and the Victorian Dinner. In addition members on the full pay plan are exempt from the individual meeting beer fee. Ask club treasurer Brian Lynch, or any Cask Commissioner for the full details at the next meeting. |

| No July Meeting - Gaslight closed July 4-14 |
| No July Meeting As usual there will be no regular July meeting. The Gaslight will also take a summer respite by closing from July 4 - 14 for minor renovations and a well deserved vacation. -------------------------- August Meeting- Beer and Baseball If it's August it must be time for the 8th annual Gaslight field trip to the Newark Bears followed by beer and BBQ. Check back soon for all the specifics including another hefty DB15 member discount! -------------------------- June Meeting Greets Stone Thanks to Dennis Flynn from Stone Brewery for his presentation at the DB15's June meeting. Dennis poured samples of the full lineup of great Stone products including the yet unreleased Stone 13th Anniversary Ale, and imperial red. -------------------------- Home Brew Challenge - Oktoberfest It's our next home brew challenge! Get ready for the DB15's October 11th meeting where we will select the top three brews in the Ocktoberfest category. Members and non-members are invited to participate. Ingredients must be purchased from U-Brew (at the Gaslight). Brewers are asked to drop off 2-3 bottles per entry at the Gaslight several days prior to the meeting. There is no fee to enter and anyone attending the meeting will serve as judges in a blind tasting. |
