| Well, all. Sometimes opportunities present themselves that you just can't pass up. It's an exciting time for me and what I love to do (and get paid for). While my heart and my home is Northside Lounge in Manville and I appreciate the opportunity Cassandra Russell (owner) provided me. Especially having some faith in me to go full on craft beer and letting me run with it. I had to take what I've learned over the last 6 (plus my liquor store) years and run with it on a much larger scale. I am now the "Brewsearch & Development" department of Nik's Wunderbar @ 454 US 22 West in Whitehouse Station. Nik's Wunderbar is a Bavarian style beer hall and garden with 35 brews on draft and 45 in bottle. While we pride ourselves on exploring food and beer from Bavaria we are not solely locked into just that. With 35 taps (and my passion for beer) we also carry American craft beer, Austrian brewed Bavarian styles, Belgian beauties, and much more to come. Be aware that some time around Thanksgiving we will be one of the few bars/restaurants in the area to carry a specialty lava smoked stout from Iceland.
