Monk's Cafe Flemish Sour Ale This ale opens with a soury aroma that brings a fruity lactic taste on first sip. The mahogany brew then moves into a refreshing sour quality that is tempered by a clear malty sweetness. The sourness wins out in the finish as it should in this Flemish style ale.
