| Great North Tragically Hopped This is an 8.5% American DIPA designed as a “classic” no New England Imperial. It uses a blend of Centennial, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops, TIt was brewed witha combination of Munich and Wheat malt, along with cane sugar. Nose brings wet grass, tropical fruits, and earthy spices.. Flavors are pine crackery malt, resin, hint of flowers. Solid but many better DIPAs out there. Overall Rating: Above Average |
| Petrus Aged Red This is a blend of 15% Petrus Aged Pale, pure foeder beer that has been aged for 2 years in oak foeders, and 85% double brown with sour cherries. The 8.5% ABV is well hidden by the fruit. Aroma of cherries, ripened fruits, notes of chocolate and light wood. Cherries lead the way in the flavor profile with caramel and malt in the background. Sweetness edges out the tartness in this one. Overall: Good+ |
| Jersey Girl Sun-kissed Citra This is an American IPAwith a 7.8% ABV. It's hazy, and oated. It is hopped with Citra and Centennial. Aroma is orange, with tropical mango and other fruits. Flavors are orange, mango, pineapple, and melon with a hint of pine. A bit thin but overall most drinkable and refreshing. Overall Rating:Good |
