| Bronx Brewery Build For This This is a "Northeast IPA" at 7% ABV. It opens with light aromas of tropical fruits especially mango in the forefront and hints of funk behind. Ccitrusy hops lead the flavor profile with ample notes of bready malt and tropical fruit. Body is full and crisp. Finish is crisp and lightly dry. Less juicy and sweet than most NEIPA but nonetheless a solid, well made beer. Overall Rating: Good |
| Bolero Snort One Hoff In Front This is an American IPA( New England to be specific) that comes in at 7.5% ABV. Bolero is a NJ based contract brewer that has improved immensely since they first opened. The beer features lots of tropical fruit and citrus in the aroma and flavors — orange, tangerine, and hints of pineapple and mango. Appropriate to the style it has a restrained bitterness. It's juicy sweetness fades out to a clean finish, Shows what contract brewers can accomplish. Overall: Very Good |
| Paradox Beaver Overbite This is a Double/Imperial New Eng. IPA at 8.1% ABV. It starts with aromas of mango pine, and orange. Taste brings more of the same along with grass, white pepper, resin, juicy hops, grapefruit rind, and pineapple. The finish is clean and somewhat dry. Overall more dry and crisp than most Double NEIPAs which serves its flavor profile well. Overall Rating: Very Good + |
