Sandy City Mofosaic

This American IPA (7.2%) opens with smells of citrus, melon, and
grapefruit.  First sip brings and engaging mix of hops, blueberry,
mango, grapefruit, pineapple and a hint of hay The finish bursts
with notes of hop resins and Mosaic hops.  Complex, engaging,
and perfectly made this demonstrates why Sandy City is generally
regarded as one of the top new small breweries in the country.

Overall Rating: Outstanding
Deep Ellum Dallas Blonde

This American style Blonde registers a ABV of 5.2% and is a year
round offering. Aromas are very light with hints of pale malt,
orange, and spice.  Taste brings light floral hops, honey, apples,
and sweet syrup. Finish highlights a light bitterness, grain and
berries.  Overall a generic Blonde that fails to excite in any way.

Overall Rating: Average-
Having sampled nearly 7,000 different beers in my
capacity as a fully certified taster I can promise
honest, thoughtful, and careful evaluations.  However,
remember that these reviews are totally subjective.

Pizza Port Swami's IPA

A nose of On the nose,dry citrus, light onion,
graham cracker and a touch of tropical fruit
greet you in this American IPA (6.8%).  
Taste brings The a solid  hop presence,
resins, grapefruit, orange and lemon.  Very
drinkable beer that shows why the IPA style
is so popular.

Overall Rating: Good+
