Terrapin Liquid Lunch This is a peanut butter raspberry jam porter (7,7% ABV), or so they say. The nose is true to it's hype with peanut butter and berry jam galore along with a hint of bread and roasted malt. First sip brought one word to mind - artificial. Flavors of raspberry jam, peanut oil, mild roast coffee and a hint of cocoa. This is probably a love it or hate it beer. I'm in the latter camp. Overall Rating: Below Average
Boulevard Unfiltered Wheat This 4.4% American Pale Wheat opens with smells of grain, wheat, and light yeast notes. It's American so no coriander or orange peel; instead expect Lemongrass citrus, fresh bread, vanilla, light grain, honey cereal, a ltouch of fruit ester. Hops appear lightly and briefly towards the finish. Light bodied with medium carbonation. Fairly crisp and refreshing but still nothing special. Overall Rating: Above Average
Odell's Barrel Thief Oaked Aged Imperial IPA (9.4%) aged in American oak barrels. Nose brings light lemon, orange, vanilla and hint of oak. Expect flavors of tropical fruit, tangerines, vanilla, caramel malt and biscuits. Hops are present throughout bringing all the flavors into harmony. Alcohol is well hidden. Overall and excellent beer I can't wait to have again. Overall Rating: Outstanding
