Crab Stuffed Jumbo Prawn with pomegranate chili sauce Vegetarians - Roasted Vegetable Stuffed Croquette with pomegranate chili sauce --------- Lobster Bisque Vegetarians- Cauliflower Bisque with mini potato gnocchi ------ Merlot Poached Pear on Belgian Endive with crumbled blue cheese & blood orange-fig vinaigrette ------- Strawberry Lambic Sorbet with Asti Spumante -------- Beforhaduck Ellington Beef, port, and duck are sauteed and layered with mushroom duxelles and orange butter encased in a puff pastry and baked golden brown.
