| The Tap Room proudly presents == Cricket Hill == Established in 2001, Cricket Hill is one of the original and best craft breweries in New Jersey. Thanks to its iconic founder Rich Reed, Cricket Hill has become synonymous with excellence in brewing. In addition to making awide variety of some of the most flavorful and balanced beers anywhere, Rick's special Small Batch, Barrel Aged Reserve, and brewery limited release beers have won numerous awards and prizes both nationally and internationally. Since 2001 Cricket Hill and Rick Reed have blazed a trail for quality New Jersey beer. The Tap Room is proud to welcome our state's Beer Ambassador Rick Reed and seven of his most special creations. Never before has this collection been available together outside of the brewery itself. Don't miss this great night! = The Beers= Bourbon Barrel Aged Abbey Tripel This is a wonderous Belgian Tripel, golden in color with aromas of banana, clove and cherry. It's been carefully aged in Wild Turkey Bourbon Barrel for 140 days giving it enticing flavor notes of bourbon, vanilla and oak! 8.9% ABV, 31 IBU Brew Jitsu IPA A light bodied, hoppy and easy drinking brew with all the traits you want to enjoy in a session IPA! It's full of great hops: Cascade, Mosaic, Amarillo and Ekuanot to impart fruity, citrusy, melon and tropical notes. 4.7% ABV, 47 IBU 16th Anniversary IPL A great bear worthy of Cricket Hill's 16th year. It's a wonderful, unfiltered golden India Pale Lager. This brew features a grain bill that lets the Loral and Amarillo hops shine through. Aromas of melon, cantaloupe, pineapple, sweet orange, and lemon zest jump out of the glass. This IPL finishes clean, fruity, and slightly dry. At 5.3% ABV and 46 IBU it's one of the very best of the style available. Soggy Sack Wet Hop Revel in the taste of a fresh hop harvest! This sightly hazy, smooth, golden ale has a low, white head and offers aromas of earthy fruitiness and ripe pineapple. It has a light body that allows the freshly harvested Centennial hops from Penning's Farm in Warwick, NY to shine through. 5.7% ABV, 41 IBU Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Red A robust and flavorful red-hued beer that leaves the taste buds tantalized. It starts with loads of specialty grains combined with Centennial and Zythos hops to provide a perfect balance of tropical fruit and malt. The 270 days of aging in Wild Turkey Bourbon Barrel adds layers of oak and bourbon to this delicious beer! 7.4% ABV, 66.6 IBU Smoked Paymaster Porter A light bodied porter that was brewed with Beech wood smoked German malt and peated malt from the UK. These specialty malts, along with other chocolate and dark crystal malts, offer layers of roast, chocolate, smoke and oak for an ever evolving depth of flavor. 5.0% ABV, 35 IBU Schnick Schnack Sour A wonderfully tart, thirst quenching and refreshing session sour. This brew is pale straw colored and slightly hazy. The flavor is lemony, citrus, with hints of green apples and has a very light body with a dry finish. 4.6% ABV, 7 IBU And Our other 13 taps will be pouring some very special beers! . -----Flights Available ----- Try our beer one at a time or in our special tasting set of four 5 oz. pours.
