their first ever pumpkin beer. They are waiting until later in the season to release
the beer so they can actually use fresh local pumpkins as opposed to puree.

Mad Batter on October 5th in Cape May.

Cricket Hill
Fairfield, NJ

Our seasonal beer Fall Festivus is a huge success and is sold out. Our last
bottling run is early September and will be shipped to the distributors immediately!
Of course our Fall Reserve beer is once again the Cricket's Nocturne. We have
completed brewing and bottling(22oz.) and it is on its way to a store near you! The
Nocturne is a Schwarzbier; a black lager with predominate chocolate overtones
and a hoppy finish. Our Winter reserve this year is a bourbon barrel aged Imperial
Porter! The beer has been brewed and is now resting in its new home-bourbon
barrels from A.O.Smith distillery. After a very big disappointment last year when the
rain & floods ruined our local Hop crop, we are able to get the local hops to
produce this years Wet Hop Pale Ale! This very fresh beer is scheduled to be
brewed the second week in September for an October release.

Get ready for their new Sour  Session Berliner Weiss.  It has a complexity rare in a

Flying Fish
Cherry Hill, NJ

Only a few months behind schedule, the largest brewery built in New Jersey since
Prohibition is now open. Flying Fish Brewing Company has completely
redesigned their packaging and made changes to the product line. Gone is the
ESB Amber Ale. In it's place is Red Fish, a hoppy West Coast style red ale as well
as Exit 16, a wild rice double IPA. Other new offerings are on the horizon as well.
Even though the brewery is open, public tours won't start until later this year.
The installation of 463 solar panels on the roof of the new Flying Fish Brewery is
almost complete. Once connected, the system will generate 100Kw of power,
which will meet a significant amount of the new brewery's electric needs. The new
brewery is also undergoing shakedown and test brews on the new equipment
and the new kegging line is being started up as well.

--------------------------

Tuckahoe Brewing Co.
9 Stoney Ct Ocean View
609-645-7100

Brewers/owners im Hanna, Matt McDevitt, Chris Konicki and Jim McAfee have
installed a water-filtration system that allows them to recycle sanitation and
cleaning water, one of the most wasted byproducts of the brewing process. While
it takes many breweries in the industry nine gallons of water to produce one
gallon of beer, the Tuckahoe Brewing team only uses about three or four. Call
them for info as to where can you try their beer on tap; they do not bottle.   All
[profits from their  Brighton Coffee Stout. goes to the Marine Mammal Center.
