July 13th special meeting
The Secret Beers of Milwaukee

With a population of about 600,000, the number of
bars/breweries/brewpubs -- 700 and counting -- makes
Milwaukee a beer drinker's destination. Indeed, for much of its
history, Milwaukee was touted as the "beer capital of the world"
as the city has been home to some of America's largest
brewers -- Pabst, Schlitz, Miller, Blatz -- and also some of the
finest craft brewers in the country.

DB15 members and famed beer travelers Tom And Stephanie
Nooney will be presenting a special tasting of little know, "secret"
craft beers that they were able to secure on their recent trip to
Wisconsin. These beers may not have made Milwaukee famous
but they are sure to make for a truly unique tasting event!

This is the only authorized tasting of "secret" Milwaukee beers
that Tom and Stephanie will present on the East Coast this
year..... and only the DB15 has it!!

Sensory Awareness Meeting Draws Crowd

The June meeting of the DB15 proved a popular one as nearly
35  members and guests were tutored on how to identify
off-flavors in beer by experts D.J. Soboti and Jeff Levine.
Thanks to both of them for a unique, educational
and fun meeting!
Plan Ahead

Our next meeting will be the annual Gaslight trip to the Newark
Bears baseball game on Aug. 9.  Details coming soon.
