Victorian Christmas Dinner
The legendary Christmas Dinner feast at the Gaslight will be held on
Wednesday December 14, 2005.  Hors d'oeuvres will be served at 6:30
PM  with a 7 PM dinner seating.  The dinner boasts of seven courses with
selected beers and wines.  The fee of $75 covers the entire evening and
includes tax and service.

Begin the evening with tasty hors d'oeuvres along with hot mulled
wassail, Gaslight Oatmeal Stout, and an assortment of holiday beers.
The frist course will be lobster bisque followed by a salad of roasted
beet, goat chees, cucumber and bibbl lettuce.  The evening's third
course will be ravioli of duck confit and burssels sprouts.

Next enjoy a refreshing serving of blood orange sorbet as you get ready
for the sixth course, Wellington of beef, pork, and Goose in a mushroom
druxelle, seved with carrots, oninons, and butternut squash.

Your feast is topped off with white chocolate raspberry charlotte as you
toast the evening with glasses of Gaslight's prize winning oak cask
conditioned Satan Claws and Ramstein Winter Wheat.

Gaslight management has not forgotten it's many vegetarian patrons.  A
complete meatless feast is also being offered that includes ravioli of
vegetable and an elegant confit of baby carrot, onion, asparagus, and
butternut squash with Edamane tossed with spinach gnocchi in a white
cheddar mushroom bichamel sauce.
