From Bottles to Growlers- beer reviews by SANDY FELD, certified taster
Equilibrium Particle Physics

This 5.5%  American Pale Ale.  The nose brings juicy citrus, orange
juice, papaya, tropica, fruits, and light pineapple.   Taste features
mango, pineapple, papaya and a hint of banana. Mild bitterness.
Unassuming and subtle that is easy to drink but could use just a
touch of punching up in depth of flavor. Still, a good beer for sure.

Overall Rating: Good-
Maine Wolfe's Neck

This is an 6.5% ABV American IPA . It opens with a laid back nose
of orange, pineapple, pine, and apricot.  Taste follows nose with
some additional grapefruit, citrus, grass, herbal hops with a grain
and malt presence underlying it all.  Finish is relatively dry.  Overall
well made but subdued in flavor almost to a fault

Overall Rating: Above Average+

follows nose with a touch of vanilla/caramel
and stone fruit.. Alcohol is very well hidden.
