From Bottles to Growlers- beer reviews by SANDY FELD, certified taster
Fiddlehead IPA

This 6.2%  medium bodied American IPA Opens with a nose of
pine, fresh hops, guava. grapefurit and light melon.  Flavors are
grapefruit, lemon, oranges, fresh melon, citrus, and hints of
peaches. Well balanced and quaffable.  It's somewhat hazy but is
more old school East Coast IPA than NEIPA.

Overall Rating: Very Good
Bell's Double Two Hearted

This is an 11% ABV Double IPA of the famed Two Hearted Ale.  It
opens aromas of  sweet candy malts, well done toast, citrus,
grapefruit and pineapple.  Taste follow nose with sticky caramel
malt dominating with orange and citrus undertones.  Finish brings
brown sugar, wood, hops, and a hint of alcohol. Well made but if
you're looking for a pure hop overload this might not be for you..

Overall Rating:  Good

Guinness Imp. Stout BBA

a limited edition, 10% ABV Stock Ale aged in
bourbon barrels that's a bracing blend of
Baltimore-brewed Guinness Barleywine and a
Guinness Imperial Stout. It opens with
aromas of vanilla, coffee, stone fruit and
ripe berries. nutty chocolate, raisins, roasted
barley and sweet dark fruit.  Finish brings
oak and bourbon.  Impressive beer but
mouthfeel is a bit thin and the barleywine it
too much in the forefront.

Overall Rating: Good
