From Bottles to Growlers- beer reviews by SANDY FELD, certified taster
Off Shoot Relax

This is a 6.87% New England IPA.  It opens with juicy and zesty
citrus and tropical hops.  First sip brings tangerine, grapefruit,
lemon, peach, and pineapple with melon plus a hint of mango in
the background, Somewhat dry finish with a nice lingering light
bitterness.  Lots of favor or such a moderate ABV.  Well made.

Overall Rating: Very Good
Grimm Matchbox Lambo

This is a 4.54%ABV sSession American IPA that opens with scents
of tropical fruit gummy bears, papaya, mango, and pineapple.
Tastes follows nose with added notes of lemon and strong
grapefruit.  The finish brings pine and orchard fruit.  Citra and
Simcoe hops lurk in the background throughout.  Quaffable and
refreshing but the body is a bit too thin even for a session.

Overall Rating: Good-
Having sampled over 7,000 different beers in my

Narragansett Lager

This is a % American Adjunct Lager.  The
nose is  corn, light barley, bread and
crackers.  Taste features light malt,grain,
sweet corn, and hints of citrus.  As American
adjunct lagers go it does have some flavor
and a crispness others don't.  A solid
lawnmower type beer best served ice cold.

Overall Rating: Above Average (for style)
