From Bottles to Growlers- beer reviews by SANDY FELD, certified taster
Bronx Brewery Build For This

This is a "Northeast IPA" at 7% ABV.  It  opens with light aromas
of tropical fruits especially mango in the forefront and hints of
funk behind.  Ccitrusy hops lead the flavor profile with ample
notes of  bready malt and tropical fruit. Body is full and crisp.
Finish is crisp and lightly dry.  Less juicy and sweet than most
NEIPA but nonetheless a solid, well made beer.

Overall Rating: Good
Bolero Snort One Hoff In Front

This is an American IPA( New England to be specific) that comes in
at 7.5% ABV.  Bolero is a NJ based contract brewer that has
improved immensely since they first opened. The beer features lots
of tropical fruit and citrus in the aroma and flavors — orange,
tangerine, and hints of pineapple and mango. Appropriate to the
style it has a restrained bitterness. It's juicy sweetness fades out to
a clean finish,  Shows what contract brewers can accomplish.

Overall: Very Good
