From Bottles to Growlers- beer reviews by SANDY FELD, certified taster
Platform Amarillo Fog

This Anerican Double IPA (8.1% ABV) opens an aroma bursting
with tropical fruits featuring citrus with a hint of malt. The flavors
follow the nose  along with grapefruit, pine and fresh grass. Subtle
and light spiciness in the finish.  It finishes juicy and dry at the
same time. Alcohol goes unnoticed. Mouthfeel is on the fuller side
of medium. A semi-NEIPA that is very well made.

Overall Rating: Outstanding-
Sierra Nevada Hop Bullet

This is an Anerican West Coast DIPA (8% ABV)that is made with
Magnum hops and lupulin dust.  It opens with a nose of Nose is
citrusy and floral with a bit of dank hops.  Flavors are grapefruit,
lemon, lightly sweet tropical fruits and grape leaves / grassy
bitterness that takes only a short time balance the sweeter notes.
The finish is somewhat dry.  Solid but the sweetness is not a plus.

Hop Concept Citra & Simcoe

This is an American Imperial IPA (8% ABV).
Aroma brings a lightly sweet fruitiness with
some citrus and pine. Taste brings caramel,
grapefruit, orange, pear, and a welcomed
woody bitterness near the finish.  The
alcohol is very well hidden and the beer is
deceptively smooth and refreshing.  From
CA, The Hop Concept, is made by the
brewers behind Port Brewing.

Very Good -
