From Bottles to Growlers- beer reviews by SANDY FELD, certified taster
Peroni Nastro Azzurro

This Euro Pale Lager (5.1% ABV) opens with light aromas of
cracker
s, corn, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Taste of bread, corn,
pepper,
grass, grain, and light malt. Finish is somewhat crisp and
clean.  Served cold it's a superior alternative to most Euro Lagers
which is faint praise but praise nonetheless.

Overall Rating: A
verage+
Firestone Walker Infernos

This is an imperial rye IPA (8.2% ABV). Aroma is floral, hoppy, citric
with a touch of crackers and spicy rye.  Flavors are tropical fruit,
pineapple, passion fruit, mango, citrus, orange, lemon, lime, and
grapefruit with everpresent spicy rye.  Some light caramel
sweetness just before a somewhat dry finish.  Interesting beer.

Barrier Endless Sky

A 7% ABV American IPA, this beer brings a
nose of mango, pineapple and dank yeast.
It verges on being a juice bomb in the best
New England tradition.  Flavors bring tropical
fruits ,citrus, bitter lemon, grapefruit and
mango.  Finish is lightly bitter.  Well made
and a good example of the style
