Lindemans Cassis Lambic

Lambics are bottle conditioned wheat beers spontaneously
fermented with airborne wild yeasts.  This version has a fresh
currant flavor with a natural sweetness that lasts through the
finish.  The nose has a perfume earthy quality that foretells of
it's rich, dessert like qualities.  Available in 750ml corked bottles

Overall Rating - very good
Morimoto Imperial Signature Pilsener

The famed Iron Chef lends his name to this strong (8.8%
ABV), brew.  A flowery citrus taste jumps out at first sip which is
quickly followed by a strong alcohol presence.  This is
somewhat balanced by a nicely placed bitterness that helps to
balance the strong malt dominance.  Overall a bit too
floral,malty, and alcoholic but still worth a try,

Overall Rating -fair+
Having sampled well over 2,750 different beers in my
capacity as a fully certified taster I can promise
honest, thoughtful, and careful evaluations.  However,
remember that these reviews are totally subjective.

Blue Moon Pumpkin Ale

Cloves mix with the flavor of ripe
pumpkins in this malty ale.  Nutmeg
and chocolate notes appear in
mid-taste alongside spicy overtones.

The aftertaste is dominated by a
pumpkin aroma.
and light hints of hops.
