From Bottles to Growlers- beer reviews by SANDY FELD, certified taster
Three Floyds YumYum

This American Pale is most quaffable at 5.5% ABV.  It nose brings
piney hops,  sweet malt, and citrus fruits. Taste brings fresh malts,
floral hops, pineapple, and a nicely restrained but noticeable hop
bitterness.  A bit thin in mouthfeel but a lot of flavor considering
its modest ABV.  Another well made beer from Three Floyds

Overall Rating: Good+
Stone Ripper

This is an American Pale Ale (5.7% ABV) that features Cascade
hops from the Pacific Northwest and Australian Galaxy hops which
means it's close to IPA territory. It opens with smells of pine, citrus
fruits, and oranges.   Taste brings citrus hops and piney resins with
notes of grapefruit, orange peel, mango, lemon, and hints of peach
and pineapple.  Malty crackers, grains, yeast, and caramel are firmly
in the background for balance.  Solid offering

Overall Rating:  Good

Victory Hop Ranch

This is an Imperial IPA (9% ABV) utilizing
Mosaic and Azacca hops.  Aromas are of
floral hops, citrus fruits, and pineapple.
Flavors are led by  mangoes, tangerines,
pineapples, and fresh pine.  Finish is slightly
harsh with a lingering bitterness over notes
of hot alcohol.  A decent DIPA but many
better are in the marketplace

Overall Rating: Above Average+
