Victory Sour Monkey

This 9.5% ABV beer Sour Monkey is a sour Brettanomyces
fermented version of Victory’s classic Golden Monkey. Pleasant
sour aroma on the nose with hints of apple cider, white grapes,
and lemon.  The flavor starts with some light sweet malts followed
by green apple, citrus, and champagne notes. Light Brett notes in
the finish.  Tasty, interesting, and well made.

Overall Rating: Very Good+

aromas of wheat, lemon, and cranberry, First sip brings cranberries
which are in the forefront but remain well balanced in the beer.  It
has an appropriate though light salty background with wheat and
coriander notes.  tart nice underlying wheat and coriander.  It is
lightly sour throughout.  Body is almost too thin but refreshing.
